Mweb is a ****
On the 30th of Sept 2025 I enquired about their uncapped 30/30Mbps Fibre internet in my area which is Lambton and I was told that I'm covered because they have Fibre in the area, I told to pay R249 to start the process which I did same day, only for them to go awol on me, I contacted them again and I was told that there is no coverage in my area, I asked for my refund only to be blocked on WhatsApp and every time I call they sent me from one sales agent to the other, I think mweb is running a ****
