MWEB is ****!!!

Mweb has gone to the dogs!!! I have been trying to call them for the whole week and not been able to get through to ANYONE. I've spent countless times on the phone holding to get through to someone. Their chat option?? Not existent!! CAN SOMEONE CALL ME BACK TO FIX MY ISSUE!!!!! They refer you to their stupid app and website which is not helpful nor user friendly. I don't know!! I'm literally on the line now again trying to get through and the line just cut. I call yesterday and collectively held the line for over 2 hours!! I have over 9 pins sent to me just over the last 3 days!!!
