MWEB is ***********

Terrible customer service. They cancelled a product saying I requested for the cancellation, which I did not. Spoke to various people at MWEB and everyone is giving me a different story at how to resolve this. Now I need to request for a new order. This is not the 1st time I'm having issues with them.
