Mweb is ****

On the 27 of January I phoned Mweb to upgrade my LTE. No problem you will then pay prorata for the last week of January it will take 48hours to show. Today I had to phone them again because my account was not upgraded. Ok it will take 48hours to show. And I have to pay for a week that I did not even get a product. This company is really ****. Appart for holding on for 30min to get a consultant on the line they also dont do their job. Will never ever recommend Mweb and will also rather pay more and go to Afrihost.
