Mweb Internet Speed Drop!!!! 100mbs down to 1mbs!!!!!

Been over a week now that the internet speed drops to literally 1mbs between 7pm and 9pm, how the hell haven't you'll resolved this issue!??? This company is a joke and would not recommend signing up with them! Pathetic service with no support or urgency to resolve an issue
