Mweb internet solutions

I took out a 2 year contract. After loadshedding last night the router is no longer working. I foned them 3 time totalling 65 minutes. 13 emails. All to be told they DO NOT replace and that I would have to buy another one for R999 or R1499. Their service is absolutely terrible. Stay far away from them.
