Mweb Internet Service Via Vuma

I have been really disappointed with Mweb service, I have been without Internet for the last 5 days, the frustrating part is I am currently working, so having internet is essential. Created a case on Thursday send message on the social page facebook for assistance they still have not come back to me. I finally got hold of a tekkie (Agent) friday morning then I was informed, it will take about 3 - 6 days for technician to come my house for assistance which is a joke! I am unable to work. This is really terrible service!!!
