mweb internet service is terrible

i recently took a contract with mweb for a 2gig data plan R79pm, firstly the saleswomen did not tell me its an open line, thus me using the internet and not knowing that my bill is rising. so be careful for mweb sales ppl. secondly they did not tell me the contract was with cell c, had they informed me about this i would nvr have taken this contract. when you try to google something the page takes ages to open thus using all the data thus mweb charging me whilst i am waiting for a page to open and my data dont last. i was recently using MTN network speed was absolutely excellent and 2gig data lasted more than a month. really regret using mweb, will nor recommend their service to any one, can't wait for my business contract to finish will change provider.
