MWEB internet not working and im gwtting no assistance. MWB***1

When is honeypark fibre going to be fixed? I have been down the while week and keep getting responses to my queries that say there was an outage but now internet has been restored. My router is showing a red light still.

When i called technical support i ran out of airtime being on hold for a really long time. I get the sense that thw responses to my queries on the app are automated because i keep getting the same response. There wasnt even any notice given that maintenance would ve taking place. Really considering changing service providers now.
