MWEB, INTERNET FROM HELL…

Pathetic service from Mweb. Lodged a change of address for our WiFi connection on the 30th September 2024, the guys who has to attend to such only pitched at our new house, in the same town, on the 7th of October 2024. THIS IS ONE WEEK LATER. When they got there, there supposedly was a problem with the main line we have to connect to. Now, it will apparently take 2 plus weeks for the maintenance people to come and fix same, this despite numerous calls that both me and my wife work from home and explaining the urgency of the reconnection. October is paid for, but it seems that we will not be able to utilise the service paid for. Will Mweb pay for the damages suffered due to loss of income? I will rather recommend a week in a concentration camp before recommending Mweb.
