Mweb internet djsconnection

I have LTE Router with Mweb and I pay 469 everymonth.my last payment was on 6 February 2026 for R470.00.Today they just suspended their services,I have no internet connection and they are claiming I am in arrears for R518. I am working from home and have tried calling their call center and got disconnected several times while speaking to their support agents.This is ridiculous and so frustrating.a very bad customer service.I have been waiting for an agent on their WhatsApp line for over an hour now still no one has come back to me.
