MWEB INTERNET CANCELATION

my internet was cancelled on the 25th of June without my consent which I find very unacceptable as I work from home so i rely on the internet to do my job, I've been advised by Mweb a idiot by the name Mickayla Horn cancelled my internet on the 25th of June when i paid Mweb on the 29th of June. WHY would i pay the internet after i cancelled it. I would like to make it clear as day NOBODY called me regarding this cancelation, To my surprise I was refunded not knowing why. Does it make any sense to pay for something after you cancelled it. I would like this cancellation stop as i never cancelled . All your calls are recorder right. So i bet my life this idiot Mickayla Horn never spoke to me. I'm HELLA ****ed off by this poor service cause no one is getting back to me with what is going on. Can someone get back to me regarding this URGETLY
