MWeb insufficient customer service delivery

MWeb is supposed to be company that are leaders in the IT business. Their tephone numbers “ring off the hoo” as the voice say and it takes 10 minutes or more to answer. Their chat portal on the MWeb app just does not answer, and when they do anwer me, as the client, are already busy with other work. As a client that pays for a service I insist on better service delivert.
