Mweb installed Fibre...

Mweb installed Fibre at my home, late November 2024 - on the 19th December 2024 the data got used up, I can't purchase due to their technical issues, I have made complaints since the begin of January 2025, even today they haven't resolved my issue, today I made a call again I am still being send pillar to post.
