Mweb billed me for service they were not rendering to me . I paid full amounts to mweb for September and October. I never used the service for that time they had blocked my sim card. I waited for a new sim card for three weeks plus three of weeks of September. Now they are threatening to handing me over for not paying for November. TRACY BILLING DEPARTMENT #REF mwb***4.
