Mweb increases 12 month data package unilaterally from R399 to R499 pm in less than six months.

Please can Mweb explain to me how it is possible to increase my monthly uncapped data package from the "special " rate of R399pm unilaterally to R499 pm in less than six months when I first agreed to the contract.
