Mweb - incorrect billing

After an extending phishing attack I decided it was time to close my mweb email account. One of the challenges was that one of my additional email boxes was being used as an email account for a doctor's accounts section. After completing the necessary splitting form etc I was assured that the email account had been transferred to the doctor's mweb account. However, I have received an account, and money has been deducted from my bank account, for this email. I have called mweb's account section - as I can no longer log into my mweb account to lodge a query (I'm no longer a customer) - and was told it would be sorted out. That was last week, I'm still waiting .........
