MWEB Inconsistent Fibre Network

I am so very unimpressed with MWEB right now. Had a week in February where my Wifi (Fibre) signal was dropping continously every day. Now I have been going through an even worse experience since Friday 25/03/22, as my network signal drops more than 5 times an hour. Have had to use my data a lot during this period. I called their technical services but I was not given an actual solution. I have ordered a new router, but I have been told it could take up to 5 days to be delivered. In the mean time I am struggling with a very inconsistent network. I work from home so this is a massive inconvenience.
