Been a month and a half of me messaging and complaining about not receiving my full internet speed.

Each time a technician calls and goes through the same debugging steps, and say they're going to investigate further and get in touch. And quess what, I don't hear from them, I start complaining again and I go through the whole process again.

If only there was someone competent there who could help me.

RECOMMENDATION: Choose another ISP. One that cares about their customers.
