Mweb *********** in placing a fibre order

I am busy trying to get Mweb to place an order for my fibre line with Vumatel. They are telling me they are waiting to Vumatel to add my premises to the map. Vumatel tells me they just need to send the order to their sales team. I have been waiting for a Vurmatel Order number from 16 Jan. Mweb refuses to send the order to Yuma tel via email. They refuse to listen, call me or reply to my emails and request. Ref No: MWB***3. Unacceptable
