Mweb incompetence

wish i could give less than 1 star. this morning MWEB terminates my line at 8am for no reason. nobody there knows whats going on till 1 tech guy told me that for some reason a product was terminated. 4 hours on numerous calls and now they try to tell me that im active with another ISP. However vumatel tells me the last isp was mweb and nothing active since then. So not only is mweb ***********, now they are lying. my partner has lost clients, my son has missed lessons during exam time, I have missed multiple meetings. We have lost money due to Mweb incompetence.
