mweb incompetence

at first they canceled my application and redid it on their side without informing me... i chose the 10mb with free installation etc. Then i get charged 3702 for instalation which they say has been rectified on their side. Now 5 days after having the service i have no internet connection, i go on my profile and see that my policy is canceled as of 13 may. Havent been a customer for a week and this is what im dealimg with
