MWeb incompetence

Despite agreeing to cancel contract in June 2025, MWeb keeps deducting monthly debit orders and deducted payment for another router for which I did not agree to. The original router was returned in June 2025. Numerous attemps to instruct the sales person (Adrian Petersen) to reverse the deductions were unsuccesful. I also spoke telephonically to the cancellations department and was eventually cut off.
