MWEB Incompentancy

They are a complete joke! Our company has had a burglary a week and a half ago. Email was sent THREE YEARS AGO changing contact details and we got a response confirming that this was done but low and behold when we phone now they still have old details!! We redo all necessary documents but they still CANNOT get it right. We are just been given the run around.
