Mweb Incoming emails.

I have not received any emails for the last few days and I have tried to get hold of Mweb on at least 10 occasions telephonically. My cell phone spend has been 320 minutes from being 32 in line to the best of first in line the last of which was a wait of 60 minutes before hanging up. Their app is not responding and I am at a loss of how to get hold of them....Please,please help !!!
