MWEB - Impossible to manage accounts

They make it impossible to reach, contact or manage your profile and packages. When you want to cancel, it says the product is not active, or it give you a telephone number which you never get hold of anyone. WHen you try to change your product it take you to a pop up to enter a voucher code! when you decline or close it the page just reloads making it impossible to cancel or downgrade your package!!!!!!!
