MWEB - IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of!

It is TOTALLY impossible to get hold of Mweb! One cannot send them an email, and there is no response to the chat they pretend to offer, so one has to phone.

I have been phoning five days in a row, holding on for more than an hour at a time. I have called all times of the day, and am often number 1 in line, but no one ever picks up! I have not managed to talk to them.

I want to cancel my Internet Service with them, after more than five years, but I simply cannot reach them. This cannot be right!
