MWeb Impossible to Contact to Cancel Contract

Unable to contact Mweb to cancel service, phone centre just keeps me on hold indefinitely. Have to login to website but AM UNABLE TO LOGIN TO WEBSITE, keep getting error messages, no email address on website for queries/cancellations. Poor service. But Mweb are happy to keep taking debit orders.
