MWeb - imporssiblt useles

Ongoing chaos at MWeb on new account. Seems they have no cancelled the line linked to the previous owner and now my service is dead. When I called tech support, they eventually put me through to sales to fix the admin issue. Sales told me they can do nothing, put me back to tech support. So far 40 minutes on the phone waiting for these idiots to figure the ... out. Do yourself a favour avoid this clueless bunch, they will bill you, but you won't get service or support. See they are a Division of IS, which means Dimension Data - that explains it all.
