Mweb *******ly signing people up for accounts

I called mweb for a quote on an adsl package. I then started receiving invoices saying i owed them money. My 'account' was made inactive. I then received an sms saying that they are handing me over to a credit bureau becasue of my overdue account.

I called and spoke to Janet the sales manager who insists that i did sign up for an account telephonically (remeber, i have no service from them nor did i sign any documents confirming that i am opening an account. Also, i do not have an adsl package with them nor a username and login for any service etc). Janet continues to argue that a voice constitutes a signature, i have asked her where in the consumer protection this is stated clearly she has no clue. I have asked for the recordings and the documentation i have signed but i still have not received anything.

I will never be making use of Mweb, this lying underhanded method of getting customer is desperate and appauling.

The sales consultant (who i asked for a quote) is Bramwell Barns.
