Mweb ignoring customers

When I initially approached Mweb for a 60mbps line, they told me all is well at the address I gave them for installation. I had to pay R249,00 for this. Only to be sent a message to say there is an existing line. I then realised that yes there is a line which I can use so I no longer need Mweb, its with someone else who I am ok with.

I habe now requested my R249 refund but I am being ignored. So happy I am not going with them. I just want ny refund back as I feel *******.
