MWEB / IGNITE ARE ***********

<p>on 1st June my business incoming e-mails stopped. Myself and other staff were able to send but not receive, it has been 13 days (who knows how much business I have lost) and MWEB can't even tell me whats wrong never mind fix the problem. They do admit there is a problem - they keep on escalating it....they even sent me a mail one day to update me on the progress....but guess what...I CAN'T RECIVE MAIL!!!!!!! to say they are *********** is actually a compliment. That would infer that they were actually trying to do something. i have given up and am moving my domain and hosting. I will NEVER use them again and will happily advise others not to. Thanks for nothing MWEB!!!!</p>
