Mweb - I wish I had not bothered.............

I have been ringing the call centre for +- 4 days now on an average of 4 times a day. After waiting 15 mins on average on each call , I had to ring off as nobody answers the call . I did get through to new customer queries (Its the only way to get somebody to speak to you) when I asked for a manager I was put on hold , wait for it again. Today after holding 10 mins I did speak to somebody however my application to port will take 30 days. The interesting thing is that you are not allowed to speak to a manager or senior person , you have to leave a complaint with the call centre . Its another SAA or Eskom
