Mweb, I hope you take notes from your star

I'm doing this review based on the call experience I received today by a lady named Noma.

I spent approximately 45minutes on the call, from dialing to getting through to Jason in sales, going though to another guy in the online sales dept and then Noma, then the call dropped, I was livid but Noma called back, a well spoken lady who managed to resolve my issue that I had during the package purchasing process. I hope that Mweb can live up to the excellent service that you provided.
