MWEB Horror

Horrible experience, I have had a technical issues for months with my LTE, they have not been working together with Telkom(network provider) to resolve the issue, my internet connection has been horrible but I am still getting charged my full premium. No communication either and I need to constantly call and find out even when I am promised that I will receive feedback but nothing. I tried to move to Fibre but that was a mission as well and no communication, they would cancel the order without telling me and just stay silent until I contact them. Contacting them is SUCH A MISSION. Now I want my credit/refund for all the months I experienced downtime (which is what I was promised), Mweb says this is not possible. This is the worst service provider I have ever experienced and would warn against taking up any product with them.
