Mweb horror

MWEB IS THE MOST USELESS ISP EVERRR....USELESS, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES OR ON THEIR CHAT THING...NOTHING...MWEB SHOULD JUST CLOSE DOWN..I need to cancel this ISP but nothing from them...no answer to anything.... biggest mistake I made was signing up with Mweb
