MWeb - Horrific customer service

Been trying to resolve my 86 year olds mothers email issue for days now, I am caller number 10 ... and have to hold for hours. The online Bot is horrible.

I am looking forward to finding a way to migrate away from this company, as it has zero customer service left as it cuts costs.
