Mweb Horrible Service from Tech Support

Adding to the hundreds of Bad of Comments, Mweb your service is absolutely horrible. Especially to the Technical Support who is quick to say we will charge you an unnecessary callout fee but cannot provide a credit for downtime if the fault is on your side.

We not allowed to talk to managers, or supervisors. Apparently we must schedule an appointment. Tech Support mentioned they dont call customers.
