Mweb horrible service

Mwebs service has to qualify for the worst in the country. Even ****a shops have by far better service.

U order Fibre, and the billing is incorrect, but you log a query a week later no response. Why develop an up then ignore customers. U hold for hours on end when you call in and they use an expensive 087 number. U could use tens or even even a couple of hundred Rands just holding for a query that should otherwise be resolved as logged on the App. The service is really pathetic don't be fooled by the seamingly competitive pricing
