MWEB horrible service and installation no-shows multiple times.

First of all, you take atleast 20mins when you call them to reach anyone. Out of the 5 or 6 representatives we engaged with over a 10-day period, only 1 was truly helpful.

They booked our installation with Vumatel, they provided us with times to choose from, then they didn't pitch.

It took 4 days of calling MWEB before an "urgent" escalation was suddenly logged. While I was still on the phone with MWEB, the installer phoned to reschedule the appointment.

This appointment was yesterday 7.30am (a time they gave us to select). No one has pitched.

Part of this process was cancelling my previous account and reinstating a new product. The cancellation was already processes for tomorrow, but now that I want to discontinue the new product, suddenly cancellation is 1-calendar-month.

MWEB is not the leading ISP anymore, providers like Afrihost are significantly better and have far greater customer service.

I don't rate MWEB highly at all. Can't wait for the cancellation to be processed
