Mweb horrible service

Deeply sad to experience such terrible service, no communication takes min 10min to answer a call then wait another 10 min with no answer. App**** for home fibre on 11 December and still await any feedback or resolution, how in today's time does any professional company still have their doors open. Deeply sadden to see there adds and promises nationally promoted only experience utter frustration and dissapointment.
