Mweb horrible service

I signed up with mweb on the 25th March as a 1st time fibre user, the processing fee of R249 was debited from my account on the same day. I called on the 29th to find out when I should expect installation seeing that I've paid the processing fee only to find out that my order was captured as a reconnection instead of a new installation. On the 1st of April my account was debited R249 again and I was still waiting for installation. It's been 7 working days since the 1st payment and am still waiting for installation and a refund of the 2nd payment. I haven't even started using mweb and already their service is bad and they debit my account as they please. Dealing with mweb has been an absolute nightmare.
