Mweb - Horrible service!!!

I currently am making use of Rain LTE through Mweb, this service has been on and off for the past 2 months. Upon calling MWEB Technical team they told me that I should just move over to Telkom LTE as the Rain service is poor. So on 6 March 2020, I did exactly that, I went over to Telkom LTE thru Mweb. When the couriers wanted to deliver my parcel there was a mistake with my delivery address. I then phoned Mweb and fixed this (twice already) but they still haven't fixed it by the courier company. In the mean time I'm still waiting for my product and with the lockdown I would need to work from home so internet is rather escential to me. What am I to do now? They don't answer their phones but are on the ball when it comes to taking my money for a service I don't receive as promised.
