MWeb horrible service

Mweb service is terrible , I have been trying to get them to move or cancel my line but you cannot get them a call or on email. Since I didnt get a hold of them over a number of tries and verification and holing on the lines for hours. I removed them from my approved banking payments. only then do I get an email for my service too be suspended and now a letter of demand. If your and a method of commutation it would not of reach a point of me not paying them for a service I no longer needed. Now they want me to pay for my last months service of which I tried desperately to resolve before I stopped paying. This company has the worst service ever . and I will not pay them
