Mweb Horrible Service

Mweb service is horrible on the highest level, when you try to contact them they keep on transferring you to another person and they don't answer, even their chat are not answered, I have a vumatel contact through Mweb, I also call Vumatel and they told me to contact Mweb to cancel, but how do we cancel when we receive such a horrible service from Mweb... I will never recommend anyone to use Mweb as their ISP.
