MWEB - Horrible Experience

Very dissappointed with the service. It's been months, my account is debited and I have requested cancellation months ago. Despite the payment I was requested to make, I'm still debited for an account that I don't even use. What is worse is that they have a call center that never answer the calls. I feel sorry for anyone who will be signing with MWEB. Horrible experience!
