Mweb horrible customer service

Mweb must have the absolute worst customer care service I ever experienced. Our internet has been down in Paulshof for days. Today I called in the first time, waited 20 minutes, then the line just dropped. Called a second time, told me I am caller number 25, waited 26 minutes, they finally answered. I told the consultant can he please call back if it cuts cos I had a feeling it would. Not to my surprise, it did. Has he called back? No. So I called again, back to the line waiting at number 26 again for over 30 minutes. All this with my airtime. If you dial the option for sales however I doubt I’d wait this long. Horrible, don’t ever use Mweb.
