Terrible Service and Incompetence at Mweb - Avoid at All Costs

I’m extremely disappointed with Mweb. While their sales team is quick to make a sale, they seem completely incapable of actually delivering on their promises. I was supposed to have my line upgraded by Rory, but instead, it was canceled and started a new order was created under RORYS ADVISE.NOW VUMA MUST COME INSTALL,BUT I HAVE A LINE. This has left me without internet for days!

To make matters worse, when I tried to resolve the issue, Scot from customer service was rude, unhelpful, and couldn’t wait to transfer me back into their frustrating system. There was no empathy for the inconvenience they’ve caused me.

I’ve been without internet for days now, and they don’t respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for any service provider. If you’re considering Mweb, I strongly urge you to reconsider. They are utterly useless.
