MWEB - Horrible

Horrible experience, my LTE does not work at all and hasnt worked for 5 months but they are very quick to debit my account. I have reported it numerous times both over the phone or online yet nothing has been done. When I call I am promised the world or that it is Telkom's fault yet I have a contract with them and not Telkom directly. Month 6 and I am still waiting and paying for a service I cannot enjoy.
