Mweb ********** service

No option to chose no stars so accept 1 star as very generous Mweb. Not in a while have I had to deal with such bureaucracy as of today dealing with trying to cancel a domain with Mweb. 30 minutes on the phone came to naught with the unhelpful telephone consultants. Me thinks Mweb are so scared of losing customers ,through their inefficiencies,that they make it almost impossible to move services from Mweb to the opposition. Am given a compalints e-mail of ********** that does not work either. What a bunch of polookas !
